liberatory practices to support you through the challenges + wonders of humanhood

I offer:

  • Private Yoga Sessions
For those interested in using yoga as a tool for self-study, reflection, and embodiment.

  • Private Pelvic Health Yoga Sessions
For those seeking support with pelvic health—offering compassionate, personalized guidance through yoga.

  • Private Reiki Sessions
For those wanting to tune into their energy, feel less overwhelmed, and invite more balance and clarity.

  • Group Yoga Classes
For those who want to practice in community—especially queer community—and build connection through shared movement and breath.

All of my offerings invite deeper self-understanding through the body. Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a group, we create space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what’s being held—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Together, we follow pathways toward presence, ease, and aliveness.

Many of my clients come to this work seeking a deeper connection with their inner world and a way to better understand their physical experiences.

What clients often experience:

  • Compassionate self-study
Connect more deeply with your body, emotions, and inner landscape.

  • Nervous system support
Build resilience and access your internal resources —on and off the mat.

  • More ease and spaciousness
Feel more grounded, present, and purposeful in daily life.

  • Stronger self-trust
Deepen your sense of agency and strengthen your ability to tend to yourself with care.

  • Creative exploration
Invite curiosity, imagination, and play into healing work.

Clients often tell me that their lives feel richer as a result of this work. Some people want to dip their toe into energy work, others want support with a chronic condition, and still others want to explore the yamas and niyamas (ethical guidelines) of yoga. We start where you are—and foster growth. It’s always a journey—and often, an adventure.

With a combination of studied craft, intuition, and (I believe) magic, Sasha is adept at healing what ails you and will guide you toward increased flexibility, self-soothing, and awareness... I have been consistently stunned by the level of attention, creativity, and empathy she brings to each session.

yoga in community

.: benefits of group yoga classes :.

I offer classes in 4–6 week series, giving students the opportunity to explore a specific topic or theme in depth. Popular series include Yoga for Pelvic Health, Yoga for Endometriosis, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for Trauma, all of which run several times per year.

I’m also a co-founder of be queer now, a virtual and in-person yoga collective. For some, these classes are a first step into embracing their queer identity. For others, it’s deeply affirming to practice in a space where they can be their full, authentic selves—surrounded by community.

If you’re based in NYC, you’re welcome to attend my free monthly in-person class in collaboration with The Practice Coalition. I also offer tiered pricing for most virtual classes.

I always feel cared for in our classes together and have grown tremendously in my practice thanks to her gentle guidance.
